Pourtant, dans la plupart des cas, le probl\u00e8me ne vient pas du client : il vient d\u2019un processus flou, incomplet ou trop informel.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La bonne nouvelle ? Avec une m\u00e9thode claire et des habitudes bien rod\u00e9es, tu peux drastiquement r\u00e9duire les retards et te faire payer sans avoir \u00e0 courir apr\u00e8s chaque euro.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici le processus complet, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>\u00c9tape 1 : Le devis \u2014 poser les bases d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout commence ici. Un devis bien r\u00e9dig\u00e9, c\u2019est un contrat moral (et souvent l\u00e9gal) qui prot\u00e8ge les deux parties et \u00e9vite les malentendus futurs.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Ce qu\u2019un bon devis doit contenir :<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La description pr\u00e9cise de la prestation (pas de formulations vagues !)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le tarif HT et TTC (ou mention de la franchise de TVA si tu es en auto-entreprise)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les conditions de paiement : acompte, solde, d\u00e9lais<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La dur\u00e9e de validit\u00e9 du devis (30 jours en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les mentions l\u00e9gales obligatoires (nom, SIRET, adresse)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>La r\u00e8gle d\u2019or :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ne commence JAMAIS une mission sans devis sign\u00e9. M\u00eame pour un \u201cpetit truc rapide\u201d. Il ne te restera plus qu\u2019\u00e0 adapter la prestation et le montant \u00e0 chaque nouveau client.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>\u00c9tape 2 : L\u2019acompte \u2014 s\u00e9curiser la mission avant de commencer<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demander un acompte n\u2019est pas un manque de confiance envers ton client : c\u2019est une pratique professionnelle normale qui prouve que tu te respectes.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Combien demander ?<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30 % \u00e0 la signature pour les missions courtes<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 % pour les missions longues ou les nouveaux clients<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 % pour les petites prestations ponctuelles (\u00e7a simplifie tout !)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Comment le pr\u00e9senter ?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Int\u00e8gre l\u2019acompte directement dans ton devis avec une ligne claire : <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAcompte de 30 % \u00e0 la signature, soit XX \u20ac. Pas dans 3 jours, pas \u201cquand tu auras le temps\u201d. On a peur d\u2019ab\u00eemer la relation, de para\u00eetre insistant(e)\u2026 Mais rappelle-toi : tu as travaill\u00e9, tu m\u00e9rites d\u2019\u00eatre pay\u00e9(e).
